DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS
Currently we only accept exchanges for faulty products and sizing issues. Please contact us to get your exchange started.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Due to shipping restirctions, Donhiki Vegetable Knives are only available for shipping to the following countries:
USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland & Denmark
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is offered worldwide for SELECT ITEMS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Currently, we expect all orders to ship out mid-late May 2024. Products are currently in production! Once your order is shipped out, shipping times will vary based on where you live. All our orders are shipped out of US.
